Our Course Rules
9-Hole Course Rules
- Expected pace of play is two hours. Play “ready golf."
- The Starter/Rangers have complete authority over pace of play and on-course conduct.
- Players must fill divots on tee boxes and fairways with sand (provided).
- Players must repair ball marks on/around greens.
- All play must start at the 1st tee.
- During High Season (June 27th through Labor Day) the course closes to the public on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 4 PM.
- Each golfer must play from his/her own bag (club rentals are available).
- Access to Fenwick Golf Course is limited to residents of Fenwick/their guests, ticket holders and daily fee customers. Non-golfers are not permitted on the course with the exception of a parent or grandparent escorting a child; those assisting handicapped players.
- Players will play only one ball.
- Keep all carts — motorized or pull carts — out of tall grass.
- Keep all motorized carts a minimum of 30 feet from the green and obey signs.
- Motorized carts use cart paths where provided.

Children 14 and Under
- Children 14 and under are not permitted on the 9‐hole course before 4:00 PM on weekends or holidays June 25th thru Labor Day, and must be accompanied by an adult at all other times.
- Children 14 and under may be asked to demonstrate a reasonable skill level before they are permitted to play the 9‐hole course.
Ryder Cup 5-Hole Course Rules
All 9‐hole rules plus the following:
* Priority is given to children who would like to use the course.
· Except for children of Borough residents, an adult shall accompany all children ages 14 and under.
· Only Fenwick Residents and Season Ticket Holders are allowed to use the course for practice or to hit long balls, and any sustained chipping/pitching must be done in the designated areas. All others must use the course for 5-hole play only.
· Long club practice by Fenwick Residents and Ticket Holders is permitted only from the raised mound area — Not from the tee boxes. Such play is restricted during 5-hole play usage.
· From July 1 – through Labor Day the course is open to Borough residents and Season Ticket Holders.
· Season Ticket Holders may bring their Children/Grandchildren, with one child at no cost. Additional children will be charged $5.00 per round.
· From September 2nd – June 30th the course is open to the public for a fee of $10.00 per person per round, except as noted above.
· No Private Lessons shall be given on the course unless sanctioned by the Borough.
· During the period From June 27th to Labor Day, the course is closed at 4p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for the exclusive use of Borough residents.
· When the 9-hole course is closed for a Fenwick-sponsored tournament, the Ryder Cup Course will be closed.
